1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RaheBoost ("RaheBoost", "the Service"), a client portal and collaboration platform operated by Rahe Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RaheBoost provides tools for clients and authorized team members to coordinate marketing-related work, including requests, assets, feedback, notifications, and related features we may offer from time to time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or as required by law or our agreements with your organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully, to harm others, or to distribute malware or spam
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service except as we permit
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or misuse another person's content without rights to do so

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your organization. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example, email, messaging, cloud storage, or sign-in providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of features such as Google Drive file picking is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahe Solutions and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
