RaheBoost Notifications — WhatsApp messaging program operated by Rahe Solutions for the RaheBoost client portal and content management platform.
2. Program Description
RaheBoost sends WhatsApp notifications to clients and team members about requests, feedback, approvals, and other platform activity. Messages may include links to view or respond to content within the RaheBoost portal. By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and notification messages related to your RaheBoost account.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. You may incur charges from your mobile carrier for receiving WhatsApp messages. Check with your carrier for details. Rahe Solutions does not charge for sending these messages.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive notifications when: a new request is created or updated, feedback is submitted or responded to, assets are approved, or other relevant platform events occur. Typically, you can expect a few messages per day during active project periods.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from RaheBoost, reply STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive notifications. You can also disable WhatsApp notifications in your RaheBoost account settings or by removing your phone number from your profile.

7. Consent

Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Messages are delivered via Twilio and WhatsApp. Their respective privacy policies apply to their processing of your data.
